About Me
I have run my holistic therapy business since 2004, originally qualifying in Reflexology then going on to train and qualify in Holistic Massage, Indian Head Massage, Reiki Healing, Tsuboki Japanese Face Massage and Hot Stone Massage. I have attended, and continue to attend, further workshops to gain more techniques and knowledge which I am able to pass on to clients through my treatments. I have been a member of The Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) for 17 years.
A busy mum of two, I know and understand the importance of giving ourselves time out and self care. I am fortunate to be able to offer these treatments from my own therapy room based in Prestwood around my busy family life.
