Consultation & what to expect
Consultation Form
Upon booking your first treatment I will email you a consultation form for you to complete and return to me prior to your appointment.
This covers your medical history and current health conditions, including areas where you may be suffering. This allows me to have the information needed to tailor treatments to your needs.
If you are currently receiving medical treatment for a health condition we may need to obtain your GP's or specialist's approval before giving you a treatment. It is helpful for you to inform me of any conditions at the time of booking to avoid delay in treatment.
At your first treatment we will allow an extra 5/10 minutes (free of charge) to talk through the treatment so that you are comfortable with what to expect, during and afterwards.
Please bring your own water with you and arrive on time.
Payment
Payments by card, cash or bank transfer.
Cancellations
Cancellations under 48 hours notice will be charged at £10 per hour of the treatment time (minimum of £10) If Cancelling due to illness this charge will be waved if rebooking to receive your treatment within 14 days of your cancelled treatment.
Cancellations with no notice (no shows) will be charged at full treatment price.
Please give as much notice when cancelling/rescheduling appointments. This allows others the opportunity to book in your place.
